Tracey Tarantino is a familiar name to fashionistas, bloggers, and trendsetters across the country. Synonymous with fashion, she created Zzazz Productions over 30 years ago, serving a notable array of corporate and philanthropic clients.
With an impressive range of experience in every aspect of fashion presentations, Tracey’s are fast-paced, cutting edge and sophisticated. Each is carefully curated, bringing the latest styles into sharp focus with trademark touches. Her runways are a feast for the senses with spot-on music, videos, special effects and lighting, creating a perfect setting for looks from legendary designers -- such as Giorgio Armani and Max Mara-- to fresh faces like (examples of emerging designers).
But for this fashion aficionado, much of the work happens well before the first model appears on a Zzazz runway. You may find her working side by side with designers to finalize their collections before the next season or working behind the a/v table mixing music. And, right before the show, she’s likely reviewing lighting queues and video shorts. Her goal is simple and straightforward: another perfect Zzazz Productions show.
Highly regarded by her peers and the media, Tracey has been featured on Fox 32, WGN TV, NBC5 Chicago, ABC7 Chicago, the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Splash, Michigan Avenue Magazine, Chicago Social and Hinsdale Magazine.
Given the impact of the pandemic, Tracey has shifted focus – away from the traditional runways where hundreds of guests gathered to virtual fashion events. Not surprisingly, she has made this world her own too with the introduction of exciting new set designs, outdoor locations, original music, videographers and new directives in script writing.
Tracey’s virtual events reflect her signature style, as her many philanthropic clients will attest, among them the Service Club of Chicago, the Infant Welfare Society, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Lighthouse for the Blind, JourneyCare, Silverlinings Foundations, the Driehaus Design Initiative, and the Pompeii Shrine.
